Proudly offering Accelerated Resolution Therapy
  • A.R.T. (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) was created to help people who have experienced trauma. The protocol that is delivered is meant to bring up original traumatic experiences and actually change the way that the information is ultimately stored. It is an evidence-based treatment, particularly recognized for its effectiveness in treating PTSD. While research is still emerging for its application to other conditions, studies have shown it can be a rapid and effective therapy for various mental health challenges by using voluntary image replacement to process traumatic memories. It's a recognized treatment that has been listed by the American Psychological Association.

  • Gottman Method is an evidence-based approach to couples therapy that uses research to help couples build stronger relationships. The method focuses on improving a couple's friendship, managing conflict, and creating a shared sense of meaning. It involves a therapist assessing the couple's relationship, providing feedback, and using structured exercises to teach practical skills for communication, emotional intimacy, and problem-solving.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is a psychotherapy approach that helps people process traumatic memories to reduce their emotional impact. During sessions, a trained therapist guides a patient to recall a distressing event while providing bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements, tapping, or sounds, to help the brain reprocess the memory. This eight-phase treatment is often used to treat conditions like PTSD, anxiety, and depression related to trauma.

  • Somatic Internal Family Systems is a psychotherapeutic model that normalizes multiplicity of the mind and views each person as having a Self that the therapist helps to uncover so that it can fully lead the system of parts, or subpersonalities.  It is an evidence-based therapy used to help people heal from trauma, anxiety, and depression by understanding and healing their inner parts.

  • Menopausal Informed Therapy (Individual and Couples) is a comprehensive approach to menopause that involves shared decision-making between a patient and healthcare provider to create an individualized treatment plan. It integrates medical options like hormone therapy (HT) and non-hormonal treatments with lifestyle adjustments and psychological support, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This approach ensures patients understand their options, risks, benefits, and are actively involved in choosing the best path forward.
