Ana Vallecillos

Ana Vallecillos, LCPC, NCC, A.R.T.

Hi there! I know is not easy to take the first step into therapy. Or making the decision to get back into therapy or even looking for a new counselor. It takes strength and wisdom to reach out for help. Sometimes life does not go the way we plan. Or we simply find ourselves with day to day stress/struggles. I like to embrace what you are already doing good and empower you in your life journey.

I use Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and other trauma based interventions. I have knowledge on different modalities to help you learn skills to effectively manage contributing factors to your current situation. I am flexible with treatment based on your own unique need.

Lindley Piper

Lindley Piper, LPC, NCC, A.R.T.

Hi! My name is Lindley. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Making the decision to begin therapy can feel intimidating, vulnerable, and at times flat-out scary. My goal is to make sure you don’t have to face this journey alone. Whether you are navigating everyday stressors, battling with trauma, struggling with anxiety or depression, or curious to learn more about who you are and explore your story, we can begin the journey together, as I believe in a collaborative approach. Therapy is not about “fixing” you, rather it’s about understanding your story, recognizing what you carry, and finding new ways to move forward.

My therapeutic approach is flexible and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Accelerated Resolution Therapy to process trauma, client-centered therapy to honor your voice and your experiences, and cognitive-behavioral therapy to help challenge and shift unhelpful thought patterns and build healthier coping strategies.

I strive to provide a safe and judgment-free space where you feel both seen and heard. One where you can come as you are and feel supported. I will meet you where you are in your journey with empathy, respect, and a commitment to support your goals. You don’t have to go through this alone. Your healing journey starts with a single step.

I like to include parents and support systems as needed. To ensure individual grown and promote a stronger and positive environment as appropriate for my clients.
